- Analysing and improving our services and the way we communicate with you, including (since we have a legitimate interest in continuously improving our services) cunducting surveys among customers in regard to the level of satisfaction of our clients concerning Hotel Pami's services;

Also, based on your consent, we are allowed to sent various communications through the channels you have approved to keep you up to date with the services, products and events organized by Hotel Pami or other promotional events.

DECAPA IMPORT EXPORT SRL implemented technical and organisational measures in order to organize the process and the specific criteria for the retention of your personal data (including according to our internal archiving procedures).
